How long will it take to receive my order?

All apparel orders excluding swimwear will take about two business days for processing.

Swimwear orders are made-to-order and will take about five business for processing.

Additional shipping time will be added depending on the carrier option chosen.

Do you offer local pick-up?

We do not offer local pick-up as our orders are all processed using standard US shipping carriers.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes; If the shipping address needs to be changed for an order, simply email akiraapparel@gmail.com with your name, order number, and updated address.

Will there be a restock on older collections?

A limited run of each collection is made and sold for a certain period. Once stock is depleted, no definite restock will be made unless announced through our mailing list or social media.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are currently only offering shipping within the continental United States.

Am I able to cancel my order?

No; once an order is processed, we cannot cancel a shipment.
